SurrealSkin Spa Policies

At SurrealSkin Spa, we are committed to providing you with the best possible experience. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable visit, please take a moment to review our policies below.

Booking

All appointments with Jennifer|SurrealSkin are booked conveniently online through our Vagaro scheduling system, which is linked through Urban Epiphany Luxury Salon & Med Spa. Here's how it works:

Once you have selected your service, date, and time and have entered in our contact information, you will be asked to secure your appointment with a deposit. A 50% (non-refundable) deposit is due at the time of booking. The balance will be paid in salon using the same card on file, cash, or another card that you present on the day of your appointment.

 

After you have successfully booked an appointment, you will receive an email confirming your selected service and appointment date and time.

 

If you are attempting to book and no dates appear as available for a particular service, you may add yourself to the waitlist, or search for another date. Waitlist appointments only become available if there is a cancellation. Therefore, if you want to secure an appointment, it is best to search for a different date. The calendar is open 60 days in advance, so please plan accordingly and book early.

Cancellations

Your appointment is very important to us. This time is reserved especially for you. We understand things happen, but if something comes up and you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. If you cancel your deposit will be forfeited. If you reschedule before 48 hours of your appointment your deposit will transfer.

 

Late cancellations (cancelling less than 48 hours before your appointment) and/or No Shows will be charged the full balance of the service total. This will reflect on your account as a NO SHOW/CANCEL FEE equal to the remaining balance due for the missed service. *If fee is not paid you will not be able to re-book for a future appointment.

By booking an appointment, you are agreeing with the late cancellation and no show policy. If you need to cancel/reschedule, please do so by clicking on the “Change/Cancel Appointment” link located at the bottom of your appointment confirmation email. If you have created an account on Vagaro (highly recommended for faster booking in the future), you can cancel through your client profile. If you have trouble canceling your appointment via the Vagaro system, please contact us via email at hello@surrealskinspa.com as soon as possible so that we can cancel the appointment for you. We must receive notification within 48 hours via email (sending messages on social media, etc. are not considered giving proper notice).

Membership Terms & Conditions

Thank you for joining the SurrealSkin Spa Membership Program. These terms apply to all plans (Glow Plan, Luxe Plan, and Even Tone Elite) and are designed to ensure clarity and fairness.

Commitment Period

All memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment from the date of activation. After the initial period, memberships continue month-to-month until canceled.

Billing

Membership fees are charged automatically each month using the payment method on file. It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information is current to avoid service interruptions.

Monthly Credits

Each membership includes one facial service per month as outlined in your plan (Glow Facial, Luxe Facial, or Elite Custom Treatment). Unused services do roll over and remain available as long as your membership stays active and in good standing. If your payment fails or your membership is canceled, any unused services will be forfeited and cannot be reinstated. Services are non-transferable and must be used by the member.

Bonuses & Perks

Members receive 10% off all skincare purchases and select add-on services during active membership.
Even Tone Elite members also receive:
- Quarterly Glow + Go facial
- Quarterly skin progress review
- 10% off gift card purchases
- Special birthday gift
- VIP early booking access

Booking & Scheduling

Members are encouraged to book their monthly service in advance to ensure availability. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation fee.

Cancellations & Holds

You may cancel your membership after the initial 3-month period with at least 7 days' notice prior to your next billing date. Early cancellation will result in a fee equal to one month’s membership rate if within the 3-month commitment window. Memberships cannot be paused or frozen at this time.

Location & Use

All facial services must be booked and used at SurrealSkin Spa inside Urban Epiphany, Orange City, FL. Virtual consultations or other remote services are not included in the monthly membership credits unless specified.

No Refund Policy

Membership fees are non-refundable, whether or not services are used. Product discounts and bonuses may not be redeemed for cash value.

Shipping & Returns Policy

We offer $5 flat-rate shipping on orders under $100 and free shipping on orders $100 or more. Most orders ship within 1–3 business days, and some items may arrive in separate packages. Due to the nature of skincare products, only unopened and unused items may be returned within 14 days for store credit or exchange.
