Shipping & Returns Policy

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $5 on all orders under $100.
Orders of $100 or more ship free.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on the carrier.
Some products may ship directly from the manufacturer. If so, items in your order may arrive in separate packages.
Please note: Processing and shipping times may be extended during holidays or vendor backorders. You will be notified if an item is delayed.
At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Due to the nature of skincare products, we can only accept returns on unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery.

Opened or used products are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
Gift cards, promotional items, and sale products are final sale and non-returnable.
If your product arrives damaged or your order is incomplete/incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can resolve the issue.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Approved returns will be issued as store credit or exchange. Refunds to the original payment method are not available.
Store credit or exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving and approving the returned product.
Clients who experience irritation or an allergic reaction should discontinue use immediately and contact us for guidance. While we cannot guarantee refunds for reactions, we may offer an exchange or credit toward a different product.
